**Medical Laboratory Scientist**

Analyze biologic specimens of human origin in order to quantify or qualify clinically relevant properties. Integrate and transmit information so derived in an effort to assist in the diagnosis or monitoring of human disease. Work assignments are generally not given project-by-project; rather, a moderately wide range and variety of work activities and processes are required to bring assignments to completion. Work processes and assignments frequently require the incumbent to interpret and apply operating procedures or technical standards to problems of moderate complexity.



**Required Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or closely related biological or chemical field.

+ 1 year of experience as Medical Laboratory Scientist.
