JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform routine laboratory test procedures on the collected specimens by analyzing and recording the results in the LIS Validate various laboratory test results before releasing Maintains and operates lab equipment that detects malfunctions as they occur, troubleshoots them, and reports them to the supervisor accordingly. Participate in phlebotomy Monitoring quality control measures and protocols Preserves and protects patient and client confidentiality in all situations. Monitor and allocate resources effectively to ensure services and performance meet KPI
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in MLT / Degree in Biomedical Science / Biological Science or equivalent Experience in medical laboratory testing is preferred Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Able to work in a responsible, meticulous and efficient manner Ability to manage assigned tasks independently Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malayu and Others Can perform Phlebotomy skills is an adva...
