SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Perform patient translation and communication services to Hokkien speaker patients.

To communicate and sell KPJ hospital services to China and Indonesia health travelers and expatriates in Klang Valley area.

To develop marketing materials for China and Indonesia patients.

To conduct health talks on relevant topics to China and Indonesia patients.

To ensure the service satisfaction levels of the China and Indonesia patients in KPJ group hospitals.

Overall to assist Health Tourism Services / IPC in all activities.

All other assignments as instructed by the HT-HOS.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
