Medical Equipment Technician / Customer Service Representative (CSR)Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Medical Equipment Technician / CSR to support patients using sleep PAP and other Durable Medical Equipment (DME). This role combines hands-on equipment delivery and setup with patient education and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and passionate about improving patient outcomes in a home-care setting.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide exceptional customer service to patients using sleep PAP and other DME equipment
+ Deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment in patient homes, including oxygen systems
+ Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, care, and maintenance of respiratory and HME equipment
+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including urgent or emergency situations
+ Complete accurate documentation of patient visits, setups, and follow-ups
