The CMO would have 60% (24 HRs) of their 40 HR work week dedicated to Clinical supervision, privileging, teaching, mentoring, policies, and procedures40% (16 HRs) of their 40 HR work week would be dedicated to direct patient care hours in clinic seeing patients.
