The successful candidate will join a fully staffed, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.
Salary Compensation: $290,000 - $320,000 comp before productivity bonus; approximate comp. after productivity bonus is $314,000 - $464,000K (15-20 visits per day) ; Comp includes base salary + Sign bonus + Quarterly bonus + Retention bonus + Patient visits productivity bi-weekly bonuses + 401K + Full robust benefits package. Relocation bonus within Tennessee if required.
