Position Overview

Description
We are seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, call center experience, and the ability to support patients with billing and payment-related questions.


Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

*First 3 months are fully onsite then after training will be remote 3 days and onsite 2 days


Responsibilities for the position include the following:

+ Handle approximately 60 calls per day in a fast-paced call center environment.

+ Answer inbound phone calls and assist patients with questions related to their accounts, services received, and payment options.

+ Remind patients of the reason for their doctor visit and provide clear, professional support.

+ Help patients with payment-related inquiries, including payment plans and financial planning assistance.
