JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the accurate and timely billing and payment for RPM services rendered to patients
• Ensuring accurate patient demographics are captured such as insurance information,
• Preparing and submitting claims to insurance companies
• Following up on outstanding and denied claims
• Processing payment postings
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and denials
• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims and rejections
• Research and analyze medical billing data to identify billing trends and payment patterns
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies to
• Facilitate payment processing and resolution of billing issues
• Provide regular reports on billing and collections activities to management
