**Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group** looking for a **Medical Assistant** to join our **Orthopedics Office located in Waterbury.**

The **Medical Assistant is** responsible for coordinating patient flow in office, preparing patients for office visits, escorting patient to treatment rooms, obtaining patient information for medical records, and documenting information in patients’ chart. The MA organizes and prioritizes duties to optimize efficiency and promote positive patient outcomes.

**What you will do:**

+ Prepares the room and patient for examination and treatment.
+ Obtains pertinent history, enters into the medical record including chief complaint, medical and surgical history, allergies, medications, and appropriate review of systems, and takes/documents patient vital signs.
