Job Summary:
Is perceived by patients and other contacts (physicians, insurance companies, office staff) as dependable and responsive to patient needs.

+ Performs on a multi-task level.

+ Enters the appropriate EPIC orders to obtain insurance authorizations for tests, physical therapy and durable medical equipment as indicated in Provider notes for sign off by Provider.


Proficient in utilizing EPIC for the following tasks: orders, changing providers, making appointments, changing appointments, checking patients out, recording administered injections using the MAR, use of quick disclosure.
