We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join a Women’s Health team in a highly patient-facing, back-office role. This position plays a key part in delivering high-quality care by supporting providers, preparing patients for visits, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or externs seeking hands-on experience in a supportive, team-driven environment—especially those passionate about serving a diverse, primarily Spanish-speaking patient population.
Key Responsibilities

+ Greet and room patients, gather medical history, and confirm visit purpose

+ Prepare exam and treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness

+ Record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, height, and weight

+ Accurately document patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
