Schedule:

+ Monday:Shift hours vary and may extend until8:00 PM

+ Tuesday – Friday:Shift hours generally fall between8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

+ Every second Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision of the provider and nursing leadership, the Medical Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to assist in the quality and compassionate care provided to patients.

These duties may include but are not limited to the

+ Greeting and escorting of patients to the exam room.

+ Obtaining medical histories.

+ The measurement and recording of vital signs.

+ Preparing patients for an examination/procedure.
