Summary:


Reports to the Office Manager of Primary Care, Unity. The Phlebotomist collects and processes patient specimens; orders tests in the laboratory information system; processes mail; communicates results and files reports. The Phlebotomist is the laboratory's ambassador, providing important one-on-one patient care in the process of producing laboratory results.

Responsibilities :



+ Willing to work extra when someone is sick, on vacation or at a meeting. Flexible about work assignments; accepts daily assignment willingly, positively and with a determination to do the best possible job for the patient and the hospital.
