Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 The GU Oncology Medical Lead in the Astellas Japan Medical Affairs organization is the regional medical lead and a core member of the GU Oncology local Brand teams.This position is responsible for collaborating with external medical experts and cross-functional internal stakeholders to formulate and implement the brand plans, thereby driving the maximization of short-, mid-, and long-term brand values and delivering them for patients. Guided by a top-level vision to improve patient outcomes through strategic value-based partnerships, we are looking for candidates with the resilience to confront challenges while working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
