Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism and attention to detail.
Answer incoming calls with strong phone presence, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
Intake, document, and organize detailed information.
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a veterinary/medical office or healthcare administrative setting is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and phone skills; comfortable speaking with patients and providers.
Quick learner who can efficiently absorb and organize new information.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in common office software.
