**Primary Function**
Utilizing fixed and portable audiovisual and multimedia production systems, facilitate and support in person and hybrid conferences, meetings, events and live productions for a global organization.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems across multiple conference rooms. Systems include; Taiden conference systems, Crestron control systems, Telemetrics robotic camera systems, and Yamaha audio consoles.
Provide live event coverage for high-profile gatherings, including those attended by world leaders, ensuring seamless audio, video, and broadcast quality.
Configure and operate portable PA systems throughout the venue for both small-scale and large-scale event support.
Operate and manage teleprompting systems for keynote speakers, dignitaries, and panelists, ensuring smooth delivery and timing.
