This is a remote position. Purpose The Dealer Growth Strategist (DGS) owns the outcome: Help dealerships sell more cars by identifying and fixing bottlenecks across the full system. This role is not limited to advertising performance. The DGS is responsible for diagnosing issues and driving improvements across: Traffic quality Website conversion CRM follow-up Appointment rates Show rates Sales process Attribution and reporting The DGS acts as the dealerships strategic growth partner and accountability lead. Core Responsibilities 1. Bottleneck Diagnosis (Primary Responsibility) Identify what is limiting dealership growth and performance. Analyze: Lead quality VDP conversion rates CRM response times Appointment rates Show rates Close rates Inventory challenges Attribution clarity Determine the highest-impact opportunities to improve sales performance. 2.
