Position Overview
As a client-side brand leader reporting to VP of Marketing, you will drive business growth byby shaping and leading a high-impact brand, advertising, and media strategy. You will bring strong P&L acumen and general management capability to prioritize investments, set performance expectations, and deliver measurable results. With deep expertise in brand marketing and agency leadership, you will own the development and execution of large-scale, integrated campaigns across media and creative—from the client side—setting strategic direction beyond agency oversight. You will partner with enterprise leaders to align and integrate brand, advertising, and media strategies that strengthen the position of American Family Insurance. This role operates as an enterprise-level orchestrator, accountable for aligning cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to deliver cohesive, business-driven outcomes.
