Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Mechanical Tech to join our Fibrebond team in Minden, LA!

The core hours are 6 am - 4:30 pm and average 54 per week. OT is paid after 40 hours.

The hourly range for this position is $16.50-$18.63 per hour.

**What you’ll do:**

The Mechanical Technician performs mechanical installation and assembly work within modular buildings. This role requires knowledge of in‑building mechanical systems and at least one specialty area—Prefab, Generator, or Air Conditioning (AC). The technician installs and supports HVAC equipment, generators, grounding systems, cable trays, fire suppression systems, and related mechanical infrastructure while following Eaton’s safety and quality standards.
