Establishes work priorities, schedules, and assigns tasks to ensure continuity of workflow. Directs and schedules operators in a prioritized manner to mobilize equipment and materials across the Province of Manitoba in support of client programs. Assists employees in completing tasks and ensures that quality and productivity standards are met.
Provides technical guidance to Senior Tradespeople and shop staff regarding repair methods, equipment operation, servicing, and maintenance techniques.
