Mechanical Site Supervisor / HVAC Foreman

Apex Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our team and help deliver a landmark hotel development in Queenstown.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong practical experience in commercial HVAC, ductwork, pipework and mechanical services installations.

You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing labour and subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and carrying out QA inspections of installed HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Has commercial HVAC or mechanical services experience
• Has worked as a Foreman, Supervisor or Site Lead
• Can read drawings and identify installation issues
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Enjoys leading teams and solving problems
