Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Mechanical Service Sales Representative to drive new business through the sale of preventative maintenance agreements and energy-efficient solutions. This is a field based role focused on building a territory from the ground up through high-volume outreach, consultative selling, and strong pipeline management.
This individual will spend the majority of their time prospecting (cold calling, door-to-door, networking), meeting with facility leaders, identifying system inefficiencies, and closing new business. Once deals are closed, accounts are transitioned to account management while the rep continues to focus on new revenue generation. Company vehicle, credit card, phone, and laptop will be provided.
