We are seeking a Mechanical Piping Designer with heavy Revit experience to work on our projects to utilize computer-aided design programs like Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D to develop an efficient, cost-effective pipe systems. You need strong drafting skills, and you must be familiar with all of the regulations that govern industry. You should have several years of experience in construction or 3D modeling. We also prefer that you have a Professional Piping Designer Certification.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Draft a 3D model in a CAD software
+ Work with engineers to ensure your design is sound.
+ Often responsible for 3D piping and equipment models of entire projects. Optimizes piping design with some supervision.
+ Often provides verbal input during model reviews.
+ Drafts P&ID redlines, adds redlines to already developed P&IDs. Develops high level from scratch P&IDs.
