Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Near Maidenhead. Projects: M40/M4 corridor. Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 (DOE) plus car allowance and benefits.

We are supporting a growing mechanical building services contractor and need Mechanical Project Managers for expansion. The role involves delivering projects (£200k‑£2m) across healthcare, pharma, commercial, airports, and high‑end residential, covering pre‑fabricated plant rooms, HVAC, chillers, ductwork, and pipework mainly along the M40/M4 corridor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical projects end‑to‑end, managing the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning of mechanical plant rooms, HVAC, chillers, ductwork and pipework.
• Provide commercial oversight and manage budgets for projects.
• Manage relationships with principal contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
