A reputable and expanding building services contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex HVAC and mechanical projects across London. The Opportunity:
Reporting into senior management, you will take full ownership of multiple HVAC-led projects, managing the process from early engagement through to final handover. Schemes typically include a mix of commercial, mechanical and HVAC work.
Key responsibilities will include:

End-to-end project delivery, from site surveys and coordination through to commissioning and completion
Ownership of project performance, including programme, cost control, quality, and commercial outcomes
