Mechanical Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee MEP projects. This full-charge role involves managing multiple medium to large-scale projects, with responsibilities that include preparing reports, maintaining records, securing vendor pricing, processing purchase orders, approving invoices, and maintaining correspondence with owner representatives.
Responsibilities

+ Responsible for the cost of goods on all assigned jobs.

+ Maintain and review all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices for multiple projects.

+ Analyze projects to determine scope, cost, and scheduling requirements.

+ Obtain permits from both General Contractors and local jurisdictions.

+ Arrange for returns of unused materials to vendors and ensure credit has been issued.
