Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead, manage and coordinate Mechanical works and services for building construction projects for an well-established M&E Contractor (MNC Company)
- Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for Mechanical works.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve Mechanical-related issues efficiently.
- Report on Mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline
- Basic knowledge of Project execution processes.
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
