Position Overview
The Mechanical Manager reports directly to the Senior Technical Manager and is responsible for overseeing all mechanical operations for a multi-building facility complex. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing mechanical systems, teams, vendors, and ensuring optimal operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead the mechanical department team overseeing capacity planning, design, construction, operations, and maintenance
Manage and supervise team members, subject matter experts, external partners, vendors, suppliers, and consultants according to operational and business requirements
Make critical operational decisions with focus on optimal benefits and organizational alignment
Drive team performance toward company goals, ensuring stability, profitability, and productivity
Operations & Technical Management   
Oversee all mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, cooling tower...
