Position Overview
Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and repair a variety of complex powder processing, blending and high-speed packaging equipment.
- Repair and install various equipment, guards and piping using lifting devices if required.
- Perform PM’s and work orders as well as project work.
- Disassembly, diagnosis, repairs and re-assembly of machinery to hygienic and sanitary standards.
- Participate in the development of a Predictive Maintenance program at Tuas.
- Complete all necessary reports and documentation via hardcopy and computer.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance to all safety and GMP policies.
- Be able to use independent judgment and work well within a team concept.
- Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
- Follow all cGMP requirements to ensure proper manufacturing environment.
