Job Purpose:
The Mechanical Maintenance Technician provides mechanical engineering services across the entire Erith ADM site. The position is an integral part of the maintenance team and will involve performing reactive, planned and predictive maintenance tasks. This role is part of a collective agreement.
Your Responsibilities:
Performing planned maintenance inspections on mechanical apparatus throughout the processing facility.Repairing and installing a wide range of mechanical equipment using precision maintenance techniques.Inspecting equipment and participating in equipment health discussions.Responding to breakdowns, including some out of hours.Using the CMMS system to raise and update work orders.Participate in the creation Risk Assessments and Method Statements for maintenance tasks.Understanding of maintenance metrics.Support organisati...
