We are on the look out for a Mechanical Fitter to join our team based in Penrose, Auckland . Working Monday through to Friday with on call duties 24/7 on a weekly rotating roster . This is for an afternoon shift 2pm‑10:30pm (40hrs per week) . The mechanical fitter is responsible for maintaining, repairing plant and equipment in response to breakdowns and the Preventative Maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• A working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems with an ability to read schematic drawings
• Ability to conduct light fabrication work
• Experienced in use of lathes, milling machine, drill presses
