To organize, lead, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance, as well as participate in major upgrading work on gas turbines/steam turbines and associated auxiliaries to fulfil regulatory, insurance, statutory, safety & health, and production requirements.
Your role: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, fault investigation, and rectification of gas/steam turbines and associated auxiliaries. Plan and execute plant outages, including manpower allocation, scheduling, and coordination with relevant sections. Lead and mentor technical officers in overhaul activities to minimise outage duration. Coordinate recommissioning of equipment post-maintenance and ensure proper system integration. Establish and review maintenance and overhaul programmes to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
