Position Overview
Job Summary Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of alternators, generators, and motors to ensure mechanical functionality and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of all tasks and corrective actions taken.
Responsibilities - Respond promptly to equipment breakdown requests as directed by the supervisor
- Diagnose and analyze faults in alternators, generators, and motors to determine corrective actions for immediate equipment recovery
- Perform scheduled periodic maintenance and inspections on alternators, generators, and motors to ensure optimal operation
- Repair and recondition mechanical or hydraulic components of equipment to restore functionality
- Accurately complete and submit job record forms for each task performed to the supervisor
