Mainly in charges of checking and designing mechanical works from concept to detailed design for projects.
Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance to the requirements.
Able to perform analysis and guide engineers to analyse and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders.
Carry out project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and team work together effectively.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works.
Design management, coordination with contractors, subcontractors and external consultants.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (Accredited by PEB)
5 – 8 years’ experience in both construction management and design
