**Overview**

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with4+years of experience to join the Orlando, FL (Florida) office! This is not a remote position.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support the design of HVAC and mechanical systems from concept through construction across commercial, hospitality, municipal, and federal projects
+ Prepare and coordinate load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork/piping layouts, and technical specifications
+ Coordinate with architects, contractors, AHJs, and internal MEP disciplines
+ Manage portions of projects as a task manager or project manager, including scope, schedule, and budget
+ Serve as a primary client contact for portions of projects and support overall client relationship management
+ Oversee and mentor EITs, designers, and technical staff
