Job Summary

Responsible for the process engineering related work including bidding and execution stage design review and management of the Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP).

Responsibilities

• Participate in bidding stage: review tender documents, develop technical requirement breakdowns, conduct risk analysis, clarify deviations with the client, determine scope, and propose technical bidding criteria and assumptions.
• Support DI selection, site visits, and coordination of RFQ preparation; review OEM and vendor proposals, scope of works, and handle pre‑ and post‑bid clarifications with the client.
• Review equipment sizing, BOQ, and performance guarantees prepared by DI; resolve major technical issues; compare and optimize process equipment system sizing and design.
• Organize internal pre‑bidding review meetings and finalize the technical bidding proposal; draft the bidding experience summary after each completed bidding cycle. <...
