Overview

***This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***
Designs plans for mechanical and plumbing systems for new and existing facilities and develops building construction and building renovation projects to include mechanical and plumbing systems such as HVAC, Fire Protection and other related systems while working closely with other team members. Develops project specifications and drawings while considering the implications such as cost, safety and time constraints within the responsibility of compliance in design.

Analyzes building components to determine Heat Load Calculation. Develops energy management schemes for various systems with calculations and payback periods when requested. Evaluates and reports on existing systems and recommends alternatives. Conducts standard building inspections and develops punch lists for related systems and operation methodologies.
