Responsibilities: Work closely with management to lead engineering team on healthcare projects HVAC/plumbing calculations Building load analysis (Trane Trace or Carrier HP) Building/equipment and program assessments Construction administrative duties including shop drawing review and RFI/project closeouts Mentor/train junior staff Complete projects by due date Build/maintain client relationships Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering 12+ years of mechanical design experience Experience with healthcare engineering, planning and/or programming HVAC/plumbing design experience Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Salary is commensurate with experience.
