**_Primary Responsibilities:_**

+ Transfer the product drawing and specification from English to Chinese;
+ Set up MPP , routing and detail working instruction sheet;
+ 3D Modeling , UG preferred;
+ Pursue the lean in manufacturing design;
+ Cutting tool selecting;
+ Fixtures designing, drive cost reduction in tooling and fixtures;
+ Coach the operator on machining, methods, MPP and routing;
+ Problem solving in shop manufacturing, dispose the NCR; Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation in to production
+ Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production ,EHS,HR&Admin,lean,etc.
+ Participate in LEAN and EHS related actions.
+ Complete all other tasks that manager assigned;
