**Description:** Mechanical Engineer to perform hands on production support, research, and product development. Responsible for research, specifications, planning, design, development, and testing of aerospace products. Performs research and/or product development testing encompassing multiple engineering disciplines, such as electrical, and mechanical. This is an opportunity for a Research Engineer to work in the Environmental Test Lab.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Knowledge of the fundamental concepts of structural dynamics, random vibration theory, and digital signal analysis.
3+ professional years experience in design, set up, and execute of vibration testing.
Knowledge of safety critical testing protocols, hazard analysis methods, and compliance documentation.
Ability to obtain a clearance
**Desired Skills:**
Knowledge of computer software applications in the Microsoft suite.
