Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a Building Services Consultancy in Brighton with the recruitment of a Mechanical Design Engineer to support their growing team.

Your New Role

You will lead and support the delivery of mechanical building services projects from concept through topletion, manage multiple projects across various retail sites, ensuring programme, quality, and cost targets are met as well as liaise directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

You will also attend various project meetings and site surveys, prepare and review mechanical designs, specifications, and reports, coordinate with internal and external design teams (MEP disciplines) as well as monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and delivery issues.
