Major general contractor seeking experienced Mechanical & Electrical MEP Director to focus on healthcare construction in Toronto. Work in Toronto for first 12-months and then work at remote project location on a 14 day on, 7 day off rotation schedule. Salary $180,000 + $60,000 bonus. As a Mechanical & Electrical MEP Director you will:

• Planning and oversee the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Superintendent and Project Managers
• Oversee regular, timely and accurate billings for the mechanical and electrical components of the job, and assists the Project Manager to ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings
