Review design requirements to clearly define the scope.
Using SolidWorks, develop and optimize the 3D models and drawing package that meets project constraints and requirements keeping in mind quality, cost and project timeline.
Ensure design meet specification, recognized industry standards and legislation.
Optimize design for manufacturing and cost.
Find solutions to problems and implement into design and drawings.
Support project engineer, the project and sales team, collaborate with other Camfil's branches depending on the project team setup.
Prepare and optimize sales drawing and 3D models according to customer requirements based on concepts or mark-ups provided by sales engineer.
Prepare and work with bills of material (BOMs).
Qualifications
Approximately 3+ years of experience and a willingness to learn.
