We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical & Systems Engineer to lead the development, analysis, and integration of missile and guided weapon systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in kinematics, mechanism design, and system‑level integration, with a strong focus on manufacturability, ruggedization, and real‑time control system validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze kinematics and mechanical mechanisms for missile and weapon systems.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approaches to ensure precise part manufacturing, assembly, and system integration.
• Support control systems development for both onboard and ground systems of guided air vehicles.
• Conduct Model‑in‑Loop (MiL) simulations for Electro‑Mechanical, Electro‑Hydraulic, Electro‑Pneumatic, or hybrid systems.
