**Description:**
You will be the Engineering & Technology Manager (ETM) for an Integrated Air and Missile Defense production program. Our team drives the development and production of missile systems and equipment, guaranteeing the highest performance and reliability for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the ETM Lead, you will own the cost, schedule, and technical planning for Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) production while managing risk, opportunities, and all customer/supplier interfaces. You’ll set technical direction, enforce best in class processes, and champion the professional growth of a cross disciplinary engineering team, keeping the program ahead of expectations in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
