Mechanical Automation Engineer

Location: Electrified Automation, Unit 4 Beech Business Park, Bridgwater, Somerset

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mechanical Automation Engineer , supporting customers with their electrification ambitions.

You will design bespoke manufacturing solutions to aid the production of electric motors, covering manual jigs and fixtures through to fully automated manufacturing cells.

Skills needed:

• 1+ years’ experience in designing bespoke machinery / equipment
• Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering
• Fully conversant in Solidworks CAD system
• Knowledge and experience using GD&T
• Understanding of MFMEA processes
