Mechanical and Electrical Projects Contracts Manager

To take commercial and operational responsibility for Mechanical and Electrical Projects typically ranging from £5,000 up to £250,000 in project value. The work is generated from a 5 year term contract generally in the city and west end of London.

The successful candidate is likely to have a trade background and formal qualifications A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industry of which 5 years must be at supervisory/managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Establishment and control of the site team(s) and ongoing client liaison
• Selection of sub-contractors and suppliers with other senior
• All aspects of Health and Safety requirements
• Attending site meetings as required
• Ensuring quality and quantity of materials, equipment and personnel are maintained at the correct levels for installing all services and executing the works
