Motor Alignment Tech

Temp to Hire

1st shift: 4/10 shifts starting at 6am, ending at 4:30pm; with a 30-minute lunch and 2 breaks (morning and afternoon)

$29.00/hr

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

• Select and verify correct motor for job to PID.
• Mount, align and mark motor for mounting to motor bed.
• Drill mounting holes for motor.
• Use laser alignment system for shaft-to-shaft alignment.
• Use of roto chocks or shims as necessary for each job to achieve factory tolerance.
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
