DSM Contracting is currently seeking a Lead SHOP Mechanic in Baltimore, Maryland to keep our construction vehicles, machinery and heavy equipment running strong. If you can diagnose issues, make repairs, and help lead shop operations - this role is for you.

Pay based on experience + overtime opportunities

What You'll Do:

• Lead troubleshooting, diagnose, repair and maintain dump trucks, heavy and light duty trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet, heavy equipment, as well as heavy and light duty trucks
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Help prioritize and coordinate daily shop repairs; assist coordinating shop workflow repair activities to support efficiency
• Inspect all equipment vehicles regularly for compliance
