We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Flagship Manager to help lead one ourMECCA George Street Flagship in NSW!
Along with driving the strategic priorities for the store, you will also lead a high-performing team of Leaders, Service Specialists and Store Hosts to ensure an exceptional and consistent experience for all customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
As an Assistant Flagship Manager you'll work on afull-timebasis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.
Lead by example, deliver and drive exceptional customer experiences while ensuring MECCA’s customer service standards are upheld.
Partnering with the Flagship Manager, Services & Events Manager, and Operations Manager to ensure every customer leaves looking and feeling their best
